The result of the discussion was Converted to soft redirect. -- JLaTondre (talk) 21:05, 3 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion - inappropriate according to WP:User pages unexpected behaviour when navigating to a user page; user not active since 2008. RobinHood70 talk 06:07, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Make a soft redirect. There is nothing in the userpages policy about redirecting your user page to anywhere (unlike redirecting your user talk page). This redirect was created by a page move, so it seems that Joanna was actually using her userpage as a sandbox. I see no reason to destroy that attribution history, but it could be confusing. Making it a soft redirect will preserve the history, maintain the link and remove the confusion. It could well be that Joanna wants to direct people looking to know about her to that article - the move was made in May 2008 but her last edit wasn't until December 2008. • Comment: I'd overlooked the word "talk" in that line - thanks for pointing that out! I've changed the reasoning appropriately. RobinHood70 talk 08:03, 18 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
