Portal:Hip hop

Hip hop is a legacy portal mainly constructed by User:Moxy. The last substantive edit to improve the page was in 2010. This one was automated into junk state - but no one cared. It was then reverted to abandoned state which is just another type of junk. The fixed selected article is a repeat of the introduction complete with the same image. The associated WikiProject has a few posts on it's talkpage but no discussions visible so essentially no meaningful activity. Very few readers visit this portal anyway so it is not attracting wide reader interest as required by WP:POG and is obviously not attracting much editor interest except by those editors doing general portal changes to categorize or automate or deautomate pages.

Portal Hip-hop dance is a TTH portal a minute job well within the scope of Hip hop. Having another portal more fine grained below a portal that is not heing maintained is not helpful to anyone. Legacypac (talk) 19:50, 13 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
