Fatality Clan

The Fatality Clan or .:fatal as they are better known is a professional PC gaming clan based in Toronto, Canada. The clan was established in 2003, with its founding members: .:fatal/Sniper and .:fatal/livetodie. With its six active members, Fatal is known to be a formidable force in games such as Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, Team Fortress 2, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4 and Counter Strike: Source.

History

The Fatal clan started out with two gamers, one game, and one vision; to own as many "noobs" as possible and to have fun while doing so. Their game of choice in the early years was the widely popular 2003 hit, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. The two friends, Sniper and livetodie began playing the game after school and during their summer break under the pseudonym "fatal", to represent their aggressive, and often deadly playing style.

The clan quickly grew in strength and popularity. As Sniper and livetodie's skill grew, so did their fan base. Fatal quickly became a recognizable name in the small, yet dedicated Enemy Territory community. Although Fatal began with the noble goal of owning noobs they soon realized they had to expand their membership in order to compete in "scrims" against fellow clans.
