Samual Thomas Rosbotham
I've reverted Samual Thomas Rosbotham to the name under which he was nominated in 1929 as I think this is the more accurate usage. Yes he was knighted as Sir Samual Thomas Rosbotham but as far as I can discover he was known as Sam Tom both in his private life and his public one. If anyone can show me this is the wrong usage then I'd be happy to accept any change.

Boundaries of West Lancashire
Either there should be no description of the West Lancashire boundaries or they should be accurate.

Your third contribution is better that your previous 2 which just muddied the water. Simply stating "consisting of Ormskirk, Skelmersdale and surrouning parishes but not Formby or Kirkby" just creates even further mis-understanding about the difference between the current west lancashire constituency and the historic constituency, which in its several diffent forms the phrase: 'but not' could covers places such as rainford, lydiate, maghull, rufford, tarleton, hesketh bank and many other places that I could name. Indeed the 1929 Ormskirk Constituency is practically IDENTICAL to the current 1997 West lancs constituency. Hence my use of the word 'roughly' which you have now removed. So what you initially wrote was NOT "needed clarification" but an ill informed addition.....
In addition to this you scrubbed out 2 election info boxes that I was in the process of adding which was very bad form to say the least.... Galloglass 30.5.06
