move?

This page is about the TV series called Gaspard and Lisa, which is based on the children's book of the same name. Should I move this page to "Gaspard and Lisa (TV Series)" and then create a page about the books at "Gaspard and Lisa"? Or should I use this page for information on both the books and the TV series? --Tdm911 (talk) 06:05, 23 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, moving the page wouldn't that bad, if you create a new article about the book(s). Is the book notable per WP:NBOOKS? mabdul 10:45, 23 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hmm, you raise a good point. It only really qualifies under criteria 3 (The book has been considered by reliable sources to have made a significant contribution to a notable motion picture, or other art form, or event or political or religious movement.) by virtue of the TV series here. It's a series of children's books, some of which have become episodes of the TV series. I don't think they are either particularly well known or unknown. They are published by a major publisher (Random House) and available in many countries. What are your thoughts? --Tdm911 (talk) 22:31, 23 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Are they dogs or rabbits?

I think Gaspard and Lisa are rabbits, not dogs. Are they really dogs, rabbits, or dog-rabbit hybrids? J4lambert (talk) 16:56, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure there's actually an answer to this, unfortunately. I don't believe they are rabbits though. Someone edited this page recently claiming they are "critters". Whilst they had no proof of this, it could be correct. Some pages list them as dogs or puppies (like this one: http://www.abc.net.au/abcforkids/shows/s3283718.htm). That's about all we have to go on. --Tdm911 (talk) 04:31, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Rabbits mostly have tails that looked like cotton balls (hence the specie cottontail). But because the tails of Gaspard and Lisa are pointy, they are most definitely dogs. 180.194.30.236 (talk) 13:35, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Content dispute

As of now, some anonymous users continue to put in casts that defy the current sources. Perhaps we might want to consider requesting page protection? Red White Blue and Yellow (talk) 05:19, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The same edits were made previously by 71.95.184.173, so it's probably the same person responsible, who seems determined to subvert country-of-origin information on a number of Children's TV-related pages. Nick Cooper (talk) 08:20, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

CGI or traditional animation?

Is the animated series computer animated or hand-drawn? 180.194.248.65 (talk) 21:54, 13 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It cel shaded animation. mich (talk) 00:31, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
